Kath Beesley, Personal Trainer

Kath has been in the fitness industry for 15 years - after studying Sports Studies at Staffordshire University, she continued to play hockey, tennis and has run quite a few marathons (generally in fancy dress!). She is level 3 REPS Personal Training Qualified and has studies include - Paul Chek Nutrition and lifestyle Coaching, pre and post natal training. She likes to train people in a fun, functional and goal orientated way. Exercise should be enjoyable – so she promises to put you through your paces with a smile on you face (ok sometimes a grimace!).


Rosangela Harris, Personal Trainer

Rosangela has a life long passion for fitness training, trained and worked in some top clubs in Brazil, qualified through Premier in the UK as Advanced Personal Trainer / Nutrition Adviser and GP Referral to exercises. Rosangela has had a passion for fitness training since an early age. She has trained and worked in some of the top clubs in Rio de Janeiro. More recently she moved to the UK and qualified with Premier Fitness. She is now working with clients on both a one to one basis and group training classes, improving general fitness, fat loss, nutrition advice and performance enhancement. She has particular sensitivity to posture and back problems (being a sufferer herself) and works with the advice of a physiotherapist focussing on core strength and posture in exercise.


Greg Burns, Personal Trainer & Sports Massage Therapist

Greg has been Personal Training in West London since he gained his REPS Level 3 Personal Training Diploma in 2010 and has been practising Sports Massage Therapy since gaining his Level 3 and 4 Diploma in 2011 focusing on Neuromuscular and Soft Tissue Mobilisation Techniques. He is a PICP (Poliquin International Certification Programme) Level 1 & 2 and Poliquin BioSignature Practitioner Level 1. Greg has a wealth of experience and knowledge working with clients from varied backgrounds & abilities. Through his rounded approach to training he can not only help treat and rehabilitate common injuries but also help you to understand nutrition & help you maintain a healthy lifestyle and achieve your desired goals.


Lynsey Metcalf, Personal Trainer

Lynsey is an experienced and highly qualified Personal Trainer, with particular expertise in working with clients with health conditions (e.g. Diabetes, Obesity, Muscular-Skeletal issues), ante/post natal and those looking to start exercising for the first time. Her focus is on sustainable lifestyle change and on working with clients to ensure all round wellbeing (including exercise, nutrition) fits into busy lives. Her style is gentle but challenging, with the emphasis on making exercise fun and enjoyable and not a chore!
