EXTREME @ Quit The Gym


Quit the Gym Extreme! is our toughest class and is designed to give you a challenging all-over workout, without someone shouting at you! It’s a tough class, featuring stretchers laden with water, tyres that are carried or thrown, ten-litre water carriers, ropes and the occasional log thrown in for good measure.

One of our most popular sessions is the 1,000 Calorie Challenge where someone will be given a heart monitor and the class doesn’t end until we reach 1,000 calories burned! What our members seem to like the most is that no two weeks are the same. If your body doesn’t know what’s coming next it’s a lot harder to dread it!

The class can be attempted by anyone with a decent level of fitness. We wouldn’t recommend it to beginners or those just returning to exercise, but with even a moderate level of fitness we make sure that you survive! Quit the Gym’s ethos is to motivate through encouragement, rather than intimidation. We’re more motivational and less military!

QTG EXTREME! takes place on Saturdays at 10:30am in Lammas Park and on Wednesdays at 7pm in Ealing Common.

Membership of Quit the Gym costs £50 per month (unlimited classes)
