Sun, 29th May 2016 - Footy Fun 4 Kids and QtG for Grown Ups

Footy Fun 4 Kids and QtG team up in Walpole Park, next to the adventure playground. The usual class will run as always – BUT bring your kids too!

There are 2 sessions:

Ages 2-4 at 9.30-10:30am

Ages 5-10 at 10.30-11:30am

No more using the kids as an excuse for not working out and keeping fit! Quit the Gym will be offering fun and friendly outdoor fitness classes for mums and dads, whilst Footy Fun 4 Kids take care of the children, delivering fun football sessions for children aged 2-12 years.

The football classes are drop in sessions and it all kicks off on Sunday 29th May in Walpole Park, next to the adventure playground. Classes will run until the end June. Come down and get involved!

Sat, 11th Jun 2016 - Osterley 10k

Another one! Who’s keen? Again we will be doing our usually cheery warm up to get you go go going! Sign up here.

Sun, 26th Jun 2016 - Diethard's epic day out

This is a lovely long walk (mostly along the river) showing you the beauty of the Thames valley. 8-10 miles of fantastic scenery. Please wear sturdy footwear, bring plenty of water and snacks and a BIG smile. There are no shops along the way. Lunch will be a late one in Marlow around 3/4pm, at the end of the walk.

MEET 8.50am on Sun 26th June at Ealing Broadway Station! Dont be late - the train won't wait!

Buy train tickets to Henley-on-Thames and back from Marlow.

Sat, 2nd Jul 2016 - Happy 5th Birthday Quit the Gym! Wowsers – it's a biggie!

Lets celebrate with the Quit the Gym-pics and a picnic.

At 10am, we will start with a joint session in Lammas Park - this will be a combined Saturday session.

Then at 11.15am, we will have a break for a light brunch and some fizz – I'll pop my chef's hat on and make something – but do bring some food as well.

Perhaps the giant bake off will reignite!

Followed by the famous egg and spoon race, a plank off, tyre relays, shot put and no doubt a few will want a press up challenge (with a twist). Kids, friends and family all invited too!
